Even Rusty can't deny PearceOrf can throw a sweet ball to put a player in space and has a good long kicking game and bomb.

The repeat set is a myth IMO.

Last week we got more than I've seen us do all year and still lost.

Usually we use the bomb from the attacking 40-1/2 way line, as others have mentioned to try and keep the opposition deep in their territory. Obviously the fact Mortein did it last night it's been coached, it's the smart tactic. Worked well in Origin also.

I'd much rather score than get repeat set after repeat set like against Watsamatta and still lose.

As for the second part, yes The Teflon Kid has a great pass and can put on a sweet play, but fark me he needs to do it more than twice a month, IN most games he looks the goods for the 1st 20, then just drifts out of the game.

Same with his kicking game, he will put in some great kicks early then lob it down the throat of the opposition consistantly for the back end of the game.

The cowboys game was his last really good game. his deft passes got us home, since then it has been a mixed bag.

And before the merry bandwagon join in and say stop picking on him, blame backwards he started it lol
