Moga came back either 15 or 17kg heavier than he was supposed to. Maybe it wasn't KFC but it was something
At 19 or 20, his age should not be a factor, saying that if you are susceptible to those sort of injuries, you tend to get them more than others

He'll have to have his family down for this one, one blow after another, not good.
sounds like he was going to play for the jets today, instead of NYC on Monday night, that's really disappointing if it was an injury caused by the condition of a wet Henson park.

Kingbilly, age is absolutely a factor in repeat ACL injuries, you sure Moga came back 15kg overweight, I thought it was Leilua and that is why he was released.

I agree with you that age is a factor, Fletch, but at 20 he should be ok.
And yes he came back far too large and the extra weight contributed significantly to the extent of the first injury

As someone who played with plenty of talented juniors when I was playing back in the 1980s, plenty didn't get over these setbacks. Tau struggled with his confidence and was pretty tentative for a while after injuring his ankle early last year. This time he didn't even get onto the field to play after injuring his ACL for the first time, re-injuring it in the training paddock.

His confidence would be at an all time low and I am really shattered for him. I have had my fair share of shocking injuries including knees. They scar you and a lot of players are never the same after an ACL.

Cordner is one of those footballers who is very wholehearted and determined and will play all season injured rather than have an operation to treat his shoulder. He is a rare breed who is able to get over the double ACL injury and can play to his full potential.

What I am saying is that Tau although being young has had a number of setbacks and more than 50% of players his age who sustain them will not come back with the form and confidence they had before they sustained these injuries. Tau doesnt come across to me to have the same fire in the belly as Boyd.

I said I hope I am wrong and I could very well be wrong, anyway relax, its just an opinion mate!!!!!!
