I thought it was reliant on Sa joining Catalans, but not totally sure

as for Ryles, he's as much of a risk as O'Meley was

Why? O'Meley spent most of the 2 years before he joined us on the sidelines with major injuries... Ryles has not suffered any serious injuries in the past 2 years.

I'm sure Mack has the stats but I'm pretty sure he missed 6 or 7 games last season... or maybe the one before.

2002 - missed 6 games
2003 - missed 15 games
2004 - missed 11 games
2005 - missed 5 games
2006 - missed 9 games
2007 - missed 7 games
2008 - missed 2 games

Notably, I have not discerned how many games he missed to play rep footy. All I know is, that out of a maximum possible number of club games he could have played in the season, that is how many he has missed.

Apart from 2003-2004, he hasn't been TOO bad. I don't mind a player missing 5-6 games a year, because it can sometimes give younger blokes an opportunity.
