Some points to add

Souths Juniors are treating the Roosters junior clubs pretty well now days.
Teams from U13s to U19s are competing in the Sydney Combined Competition, this includes Roosters, Souths, Balmain, Canterbury and St George junior clubs.
The Roosters provide considerable financial and other support for the 4 junior clubs.

Oh and there are some incredibly talented local kids coming through
