I live up at Forster but won a day out at the Roosters headquarters. We had a video session with JT, ball skills training with Fitzy & went & watched the forwards go through their boxing regime in the gym. SBW was there topless & it had me questioning whether I would turn or not... The way JWH was pounding the pads I reckon he could have a go at boxing as well.

Interesting to say the least. I never imagined how much they broke down the game & a players actions. Every minute detail was covered and available at the click of a switch. They have every clubs games recorded in this fashion for the past few seasons to compare.

SBW will need to be firing on all cylinders this week end against the Knights. I can see Bennett sending out the enforcers to try & hustle him out of the game. I think this game is going to be played at semi final footy tempo.
