my question is what would people who go for the roosters, but dont have a membership think when they visit the site. for example, with outdated links, wallpapers, un-updated 'photo gallaries' etc... when they click on links that have photo galaries from just the first and last round of the season, wall paper from 2 years ago etc etc, it would deter you from thinking about getting a membership in a way.
its not just about end of season. it about throughout the hole year. yes they may be busy now, but that does not excuse the lack of attention to it throughout the year.
like i said if st merge can update their website in 3 days after there seasons over, and already have expressions of intrest running, im sure we can do it in three weeks after i season finished!!!!
south fukn shitney membership are avaible in 5 day ffs!!

thats the problem, the club no longer runs the site. The NRL/Telstra run the "Official" Roosters home page.
Basically the NRL want all web sites as the same.

i was under the impresion that just the structure of the page was the same and that the club would update it and add the info

True that they should update the olf information that they can update, but things like the contracts page, they cannot add as it does not fit with the NRL template.
We have our members area that is the last remnant of the old site, but thats it

i can live without all the contract info etc etc, its the non existent membership drive that has already well began for most other clubs... like i said in the first post, 2010 hasnt even started and we are already behind...
