Must be Mini's dream to win a comp with Newtown

Wouldn't be surprised if we do win the premiership that Mini will retire... Captaining a premiership, going out on top...

I'm of the opinion this is a great plan. Would be sensational to see Mini reach 300 games for the Mighty Chooks!

I'm not sure how Wells would go as a winger. His two big strengths are his support play and his ability to throw a nice long ball. I think its more likely that we'll see him picked up as a fullback for another club. Would make an excellent backup for Sheck next year though. Very good fullback in terms of support play, finishing, communication and positioning behind the line during on line defence. He'd look like a superstar if he happened to get a few games at the back next year running off SBW. A very exciting future for the team when you consider the solid foundation we have now with youngsters like Wells, Moga, Milne, MacDonald, Langi, Meehan, Evans, Napa and Tago. Some of the most highly spoken of young players in the game in their respective positions.

Yeah nice the first one reminds of Russell Fairfax running off Arthur Beetson
