Not being a smart arse but how many minutes did FPN play today?

tried looking for the minutes played but cant find it. says 0 for everyone on nrl.com. if I find them I will let you know.

Surely burn out is just as bad as an injury? AFL players get rested because of 'soreness' all the time. Professional sport is about managing peaks and troughs in performance (doesn't always line up with results) and a rest might help him peak at the right time.

As i said i'll be suprised if he is "rested", I suppose time will tell. I'll trust Robbo to make the right call on this.

FPN is a middle third player, much like JWH and LOD. All three of them played roughly the same amount of time. Not good enough.

His first half was poor but I thought he picked it up to a degree in the 2nd. I love the way he takes the line on.

I would not rest him at all. We need to keep winning to get the minor premiership and he is our best 5/8 and goal kicker. A game against an ordinary team is what he needs.

Don't forget that the knights have been playing good footy and they took it up to us today.

He was pulled off 10 minutes early last week and got half this week off so I don't see what resting Jimmy will achieve, let him play through his funk.
