JWH followed by Friend followed by Pearce followed by SBW.

I'd have the same in a different order. Friend, then JWH, then SBW, then Pearce.

I went with Friend only because JWH had a holiday mid season. They are hard to split otherwise. The improvement in both of them has been amazing this year. They are pretty complete players now in their respective positions. I'm not so surprised with JWH, but Friend has surprised me. I always thought he was the type of player that always gave 100%, but thought he had limitations in attack. His attack this year has been top-shelf with his decision making, service, running and kicking - second only to Smith in the hooking role for me.

Friend would be most improved, JWH a close second (he's barged his way into the top three props in the game IMO), but SBW has to be MVP.

Maloney and Pearce are very good halves, but against Newcastle SBW practically ran the team from first receiver. There isn't another player in the game bar Inglis who has as wide a variety of quality skills as Sonny.

MVP by far.

JWH would be up their in dally m award but missed 5 weeks, jake friend 2nd best to Cameron smith if not in better form, SBW the best 2nd rower in the game, boyd cordner could be playing in the world cup at the end of the year, so the MVP should be split between the players I mentioned

When it's all said and done, the judges will probably go to SOO and say how good Cam Smith played and QLD won their 8th in a row on the back of him, blah blah blah.

I know one thing for sure, I'm much happier the Roosters are 5 points clear of the Storm coming in to the back end of the season.

Yes the Storm lost players through Origin time but so did the Roosters.

If Jake Friend gets to hang a premiership medal around his neck that will do me (and I'm sure him) nicely.

They are rigged mate. When they award positions at the Dally M's it should always be on who got the most votes at that position. Those awards are voted on by I believe the media or selectors, not 100% sure.
A few years back GI and Lockyear got centre and 5/8 of the year but both where beaten in total dally m points accumulated during the season. The only way it should be voted on is if 2 or players end up on the same points imo

It has to be SBW but I will give credit to JnrJnr as I'm not bagging him as much this season. He has improved. If only he can get his kicking fixed. NEED REPEAT SETS!!!! We're the worst team for that.
