Paul McGregor and Bryan Fletcher didn't make their first grade debuts until around 24. They were always talents just not ready for firsts as 20 year olds.
Didn't Fletch throw some shocking passes as a young pup.
Absolutely would be the best thing to happen to the game. As some have said here already.
The old guys on the way down meeting the young guys on the way up and imparting their knowledge and experience to them.
