I saw him outside Allianz after the game. He was still in a moon boot, but he said he expected to be back for the semis. I find it a little hard to believe.

I don't know for sure but I would have thought no chance of being back this year. Broken ankles are complicated. I believe he's had pins inserted to hold ligaments in place so that would be another op to have those removed before he can even begin full weight bearing. Then looking at weeks or even months of physio before he could even think about playing footy. Out for the season and a fair bit of the off season I would have thought.

Robbo needs to teach other forwards to play like Cordner.

I tend to agree though it's a pretty serious injury I would be very surprised if he played again this year.
