Robbo said tonight's game is not really that important except to prepare for the finals. He's got his sights set much higher than tonight. I'd say selections and the need to rest some players with niggling injuries takes precedence over the minor premiership.

Also agree with a post here that robbo didn't really expect to get so close this year and it came to him as a surprise. I think in all seriousness he and the club were looking at a premiership maybe 2014-2015 and are not expecting us to go much farther. I think along hose lines too that this'll be vermin's year but we might snap up a trophy a year or two later. I honestly can't see us winning this year. The refs are just too intent on giving it to the vermin and we have crucial players out and are in very bad form.

Trust me, If Mcguire doesn't want Inglis to play, he will not play. Full stop. Pappas, Crowe, Richardson or any other board member have absolutely no say in the matter. There is a reason why Crowe has taken a rather large step back from the team since Mcguire has been at Souths, becuase the fiirst thing Mcguire demanded before taking the job was that he was to have complete control over the football team. He is currently in negotiations for a new contract at Souths and the Broncos are chasing him very hard. Do you think the board are going to overrule him at this point in time? I very much doubt it.

Don't mind if SBW plays in the centres. What I would like to see from our team is a committed performance win, lose or draw.
