  • Reading between the lines, its bye bye Sonny and hello Blake

It just seems the logical progression.
Sonny will return to rugby, free up a truckload and the chooks sign Blake.
Im guessing the deal is already done.

    Its an interesting swap.
SBW inspires the boys to get off the turps this year.
Blake pretty much stands for the opposite of that but is a wonderful player.

Would make me very sad if that came to pass. We have come so far from the alcohol soaked rabble we once were. Look at his track record with the Sharks and Raiders - he is easily the most divisive and volatile influence in the NRL in some time, and a total wanker to boot.

But you never know with Uncle Nick. Maybe he thinks he can 'save him' or something.

sounds like Willie Mason all over again
There's a reason why the young and idealistic become the old and cynical.
          It's called experience.

hey trew did you see mundain and fergo on 360 last night.
mundain spoke on fergos behalf nearly all interview and suggested there is a fight coming in October as an underscore to a mundain fight. it was quiet possibly the worse sports interview since mundain on 9 leading up to his last fight with the white Tassie aboriginal

After a year of record home crowds and zero off field shit behaviour you'd certainly hope we wouldn't be stupid enough to **** it all up by signing that moron douchebag.

He's no certainty to be playing at all next year anyway. A stint in Atherton beckons.

If we sign Ferguson we'll win the wooden spoon again inside of 3 years, guaranteed.

If he doesn't sign I'll feel as if we've dodged a bullet, I wouldn't be sad at his signing though, sign him for 2 years or whatever and then get Folau here after the Union world cup.

I think signing Blake Ferguson would be the equivalent of dating a hot chick who's batshit crazy. I mean all woman are frigging nuts but Blake Ferguson is particularly Fragged up in the head.

I hope you're way off the mark here Trew. That would be taking several steps backwards in my opinion.
