Spinning out of a tackle before coming into contact with macqueen, JWH's forearm was 'already' raised. This imo is a crucial part of his defense, along with the fact that his forearm came into contact with macqueen's upper chest first and not throat. The talk about JWH elbow is just bull$hit, it was his forearm which was already raised before seeing macqeen and JWH does have the right to defend himself from getting hurt by a tackler!
