Noyce is a puppet when it comes to the playing roster... He has not made any recruitment decisions and the decision to sack a player is not his either... Its the boards and we know who controls that...
Brian Smith tells the board his wish in regards to players he wants gone, the board decides what to do ( and whether they agree) and Noyce carries it out...Comment
