It's more the lack of composure that worries me. Similar to what we saw from our halves in Origin.

really tough game and draining of energy from brutal defence. not to mention tough game week before against rabbits which was probably more mentally and emotionally draining and would have made things more difficult to pick up again the nxt week.

Jennings for mine is long overdue for some form. has been quiet for the best part of a month now. ill give him benefit of the doubt for the manly game all things considered but he could definitely use a try. hes one of the highest paid and more senior players and cant afford to be a passenger.

I know our goal line defence was immense but does anyone have concerns over our attack?

We squandered what few opportunities we had; generally fumbling the ball on the 1st or 2nd tackle or even in the play the ball (Mitchell!)

I became concerned early in the second half when we tried the infamous inside ball to Mini on the 2nd tackle.

Much to my surprise, and everyone else's I'm sure, he knocked it on!

Robbo also expressed his concerns in the press conference.

So if we are to win the comp we'll have to be far more clinical in attack.

I started A thread about this very thing post Tits game, Easts needed a bit of footy in their game before and coming into finals. A little bit of the old Chooks throwing the footy around
could be an asset in tight finals matches.. I'm sure its there but we haven't seen it in 2013.

Mate your off the mark. Jennings has been great and probably the best defensive centre in the comp this year.

We know what his attack is like... he's bustin...just needs some clean ball.

Normally our attack unfolds when our defensive patterns are settled & then the boys have the confidence & freedom to express themselves....

It has been the status quo ALL year, but our game against Manly did not allow us that luxury

Come next week with Cordner, Liu & JWH back in the team we should EXPRESS ourselves in attack as we always have...
