Today there has been a few articles about us and Mini's media conference yesterday but most of it is still talking up Knights which is perfect for us. Let them keep talkin them up.

Still no article saying Roosters should win, everyone is saying Knights will win. Only articles about us are saying that we are treating this game seriously and that Knights can upset us and Cordner is a chance to come back.

Just read through the Knights forum of the matchday thread and they put up all the daily articles about this weekends game and that shows every article has been praising the Knights and some of their fans on the forum have noticed it as well and are mentioning its best if these former players and coaches can not make these statements and put additional pressure on them

Actually locky said that yesterday, everyone else named their No,1 players this year & he said I can,t belive no one has named SBW, then went onto say basically the chooks will win the comp.

must say i'm happy how we seem to be flying under the radar at the moment, all the media coverage this weekend has been about the Knights momentum, Manly's toughness and the Bunnies desire to end the 42yr drought.

we have been just sitting back and quietly going about our business and are willing to just let our football do the talking.

the way media sentiment has shifted we will be considered underdogs by the time the game kicks off on saturday night.

I dont understand the difference,the season is over for whichever team loses so the pressure is the same.
Both came into the season after a below par season last year,so being in this position is an achievement for both sides!

It's good anyway I believe, the more the notion that Knights have 'nothing to lose' goes around, the less believeable it will obviously become. How does that make sense anyway? Sure the Roosters probably have more to lose being minor premiers, but at the end of the day losing a preliminary final is still a major thing, and when adding that to the 'doing it for Danny Buderus' cry and 'doing it for Newcastle and it's people', there is certainly still some things to lose for the Knights if they don't win this week
