Something has been building up on this site and amongst Roosters fans in general over the past 6 weeks, and that is negativity. "Oh this week is going to be a danger game", "XXX side are bloody good and could beat us here", "Now that XXX player is out injured I'm not confident at all", and other such wrist-slitting nonsense has been creeping into almost every thread on this forum as well as most conversations I've had with my fellow Roosters fans.

You can see hard evidence of it in our crowd figures, which were mediocre for the week 1 final and are only tracking 50/50 with a bloody out of Sydney team at our home ground despite us being raging hot favourites.

We are on a glory run to a potential premiership, and all you lot can do is talk down our chances, clearly trying to prepare yourselves in case we don't go on with it. And frankly I've had ENOUGH of that pussy shit!!!

Its time to get behind the team. Its time to start believing that we can and WILL will this weekend and next. Only 160 minutes stand between us and glory, and by God I'm going to ride us in all the way. If we fail then so be it, but I'll be damned if I'm going to let one ounce of doubt that we have what it takes pollute my thoughts from here on out.

Do you think any of the 17 men taking the field have a doubt in their mind that they can do it? Of course not, and neither should we.

We can win this weekend, we WILL win this weekend, and lord help whatever sorry bunch of pricks tries to stop us.

Chances like this don't come around often for the Roosters. Its about time everyone realised this and started lapping it up.

Negativity where Apple???

We played badly for a few weeks there, they were danger games against opposition who had little to lose while we had an eye on the semis. We actually lost two of those games.

Then we played two of the top four sides who were always going to be tough games, one being for the MP and the other a semi.

I ain't feeling the negativity. Just a dose of reality. Poocastle are good enough to get us if they play a blinder and we aren't fully on.

I firmly believe we will win but you gotta pay respect to the opposition.

Too often this is the week someone gets their pants pulled down.

Keep your coqqs in ladies. Don't go off too soon.
