There is a lot more to games than just penalty counts mate. If the refs really wanted to ensure we couldn't win, they would. And we wouldn't be minor premiers.

Don't you think, if there really was an organised conspiracy, someone would have broken ranks after all these years and gone public with it? For there to be a conspiracy there would need to be lots of people involved and if it was really going on someone would have piped up for sure and blown the whistle on it (no pun intended). A pissed off sacked employee, someone like that would have said something by now for sure.

As is the case with all clubs, players have been regularly and extensively tested throughout the season by ASADA and the Club has fully co-operated with the organisation’s routine tests.

In relation to matters raised in the media today, there has been full voluntary disclosure with the NRL’s Integrity Unit over many months and the Club has not been contacted by ASADA.

We reinforce that the Club maintains the absolute highest standards in its own policies and governance, and as a Club we have nothing to hide.

The Club will be making no further comment.
