We struggled so much for go forward with him out in the 4-0 game. And Moa missed a big chunk of that game as well. We got into a hole of backpedalling and conceding penalties and having to do a whole lot of desperate defence. Won't be like that this time.

When we get the roll up the middle we're unbeatable and JWH has to be there for that.

Not discounting Manly. But as skillful as they are I just don't think they'll get the field position and the room to create anything much this time.

There is a possibility of the same sort of score line as Saturday night. The Sea-eagles hanging on, hanging on bravely until our superior size and strength gets the better of them early in the second half.
I reckon Pearce really deserves a GF win after copping the SOO loss and feeling the full brunt of the NSW supporters hate.
BTW - Good article from Rothfield about Reynolds not handling the pressure as opposed to Pearce. Had to double check which paper it was in and who wrote it.

Missing JWH (and Moa for the most of the first 50 minutes) had a massive impact on that game - I agree that we will have a much better roll on than in the Semi.

I do think that we are a better side but they are very experienced in this arena. Question for me is can we overcome that gap in experience.

I reckon this will be a cracking game and I can't see a clear favourite.

There's not really a big experience gap IMO. Plenty of our guys played in the 2010 GF, Mini's played about 25 of em plus we have the two origin halfs plus Jennings and one other guy, um whats name, oh yeah Sonny Bill. Plenty of big match experience there. I'd say its about even in that respect.

It will be a tough match, for me it comes down to possession, if it's 50-50 and we're on our game we will be tough to beat, if we cop another caning in the penalties like we did last time they will score.

Manly will come out to win the game they are not going to die wondering so we need to be prepared for everything they throw at us.
