Stats can be misleading with Frank; he may not put up the numbers that others do, however in the first 20 minutes he really rolls his sleeves up and makes quick hit ups out of our own end, worries the defense with his potential short pass before the line, and then gets a VERY fast play the ball. I would've dropped Guerra for Cords before his performance on saturday night. There is no way you could drop him now after the way he played. Therefore id have SBW playing 80 mins at lock, Guerra playing right edge for 80 mins, Cords and Maubs sharing time on the left edge which leaves FPN on the bench with LOD coming on for JWH and Moa.

I feel gutted for both Napa and Liu but unfortunately someone has to miss out.

Liu would be the first to go, IMO, and it is well known that LOD is desperate to win a GF, so I think he'll be there as well. Maubs will be included to cover the backs, and Guerra has played himself in on form. Which means the last bench spot, IMO, is between Napa, Cords and MLK, but really just between Napa and Cords.

They are all desperate. Just because of all the propaganda about LOD, doesn't mean he is more worthy of a spot than others.
But obviously he will be there on his ability.

What will Mortimer's roll be on Sunday? If we are behind after 35, or in a holding pattern, is a fresh Mortimer any more value than Friend after app 25 tackle who is in motion with the game? Is he any more value than a fourth forward? Especially as it looks like a 'performing' player is going to miss out (depending on Cordner and LOD fitness).

Maubs and Kennedy as backups

You simply CANNOT drop Guerra after the month of footy he has had. He completely dominated the knights on saturday, defended like a champ against Manly, and tore Souths edge defence a new asshole on round 26.

Maubs is the unfortunate casualty for Cordner's return IMO, and if LOD comes back then Napa will be the man left out for him. Liu has been metronome consistent this year, so can't see him being left out of the side either.

Its a great problem to have though, as really you could configure the team 5 ways and they'd all be brilliant sides capable of winning it.
