Could it be Mortimer that misses out?

He only played 15 mins on saturday night. Liu only played 25 minutes..??
Morts could be playing halfback if Pearce is still sick.

I doubt he will though, anyway I say keep Morts on and Robbo wont change the formula.

Morts will be there. He is to valuable as a replacement to friend and or if Pearce, Maloney, friend go down.

id keep mk in hes experienced a losing grand final and is a pretty cool character unlikely to be overawed by the occasion, much more reliable than fpn but likely to give up a few penalties?

I would definitely pick MK for the GF. Very underrated player. You watch him kill it next year and play SOO. I will be happy if he is picked and kills it on Sunday.

With Moa's recent knee issue and LODs hamstring, I think we simply must go in with four props.

I would go Napa over MK he has very poor lateral movement slow ball plays good for a penalty and a dropped ball

It is going to be 33 degrees on GF day. Pick the players who can survive the heat.

In case anyone was wondering the title of this thread refers to our wonder coach as "Roobo". That's not a spelling mistake. The soon to named Dally M coach of the year has rep coach written all over him and will coach Aust and NSW at different stages of what will be a long and illustrious career. In the meantime he has to face a couple of players this week and tell them they won't be getting a run in the game players live for. Good chance for Robbo to get used to it. This won't be his only GF.

Fitness will be the first decision gate.

For mine, assuming veryone is fully fit; Lui, Napper and MLK will miss out. But I wouldn't be surprised if FPN was dropped. It all comes down to what the coaches sees week in, week out that we do not see.
I would be very shocked if FPN was dropped.
He has played every game this year when available.
He is hardly going to get dropped for the GF.

Coach uses Mortimer on bench all year.
We win minor premiership and make the GF.
It's ludicrous to suggest he may not be selected.

Of course you will be happy if he kills it. We will all be.

Napa's defence will be needed so I would pick him over LOD with suspect hamstring, also seems fitter than MK.

Stephenj, do you have any insight as to why MK didn't play against the Knights?
I'm just wondering if he's on the outer, because of his involvement with all that junk in the media last week.

                                Just throwing it out there..

If everyone is fit the most predictable line-up IMO would be

                                8. JWH
                                9. Friend
                                10. Moa
                                11. Cordner
                                12. SBW
                                13. FPN

                                14. Mortimer
                                15. LOD
                                16. Guerra
                                17. Aubusson.

But does it leave us a prop short? I think Napa would be next in line...

I am glad TR is making the decision not me..
