is anyone on hear going to watch the game at east leagues because I was thinking of taking the trip from the Illawarra up to bondi, what an atmosphere that would be, I've never been to easts aswell

Hopes and dreams go to die in the pokies area but there should be a good atmosphere watching it in the legends bar or maybe upstairs if they put it on a big screen. I'll be heading there for a few cheap beers before getting the train out to the game.

If you are going to go to the club, make sure to ring them and check what the go is with gaining entry on the day.

Often times you must be a member of Easts Leagues to enter on GF day, and in 2010 you couldn't sign up on the day.

2002 they turned up after midnight if I'm not wrong. Could have been cause the game was on later in the evening then...they might have had to also staple Freddys head

Yeh it was about midnight but not before they went out the back for an hour and sculled a half dozen. Very much plastered when it was time to hit the stage.
