yes I believe you are correct RC.
And why did his stomach condition play up - because he overfilled it with grog when it wasn't in a state to handle it, and was obviously still so pissed he mistook the toilet door for the front door.

I could understand Stanley being punted if Cherrington was. But it's double standards to keep one and punt the other, when their offences are similar. I understand that's not Brian Smith's fault, but our management should be slightly ashamed at the way it has all panned out.

Cherrington's had an easy ride so far in his career - not that he's done much to deserve it. Hopefully that will change under Smith.

they said after the incident with myles, next person to disgrace the club was gone, stanleys gone and sa is soon to be gone. It might have been a double standard if what happened to cherrington and what happened to stanley happened at the same time but they didnt, 2 very different contexts led to different ways of handling the situation
I support two NRL teams, the Roosters and whoevers playing Souths

Like it or lump it. Myles is the best forward we have.

Just about that quote/comment that people keep using which basically implies that Noyce said the next person that screws up is getting the chop.

I think if you actually watch that episode again (which is obviously going to be difficult now), you will notice that Voss misinterprets what Noyce says and exclaims "So next Roosters player that misbehaves will get the sack" and Noyce is distracted by Fatty or someone talking on the other side of the panel and just lets the comment slide without correcting him.

Noyce never actually said those words.

Doesn't mean that he has any passion or gives a shit about anyone but himself.

The fact that he is the best forward makes it all the more disappointing.

Well Sa was the first to go astray after Myles so if he in fact stays and Stanley goes, it will be very unfair on Stanley.

Others managed to not get suspended for shitting on the floor and turning up to training pissed and most of them would get paid a lot less than Snapperhead

i think its safe to say we will be able to judge players performance far more fairly and open mindedly this season. i think things will be very different and there'll be no excuses. the guys that don't perform can get stuffed. but i'm willing to just write this whole year off as one big disaster. happy to let everyone move on and start a fresh and get on with it. there are still a few blokes i'd be happy to see gone, but for the sake of not dwelling, lets just deal with it.

I vividly remember the segment and yes you're partly right. Vossy pushed Noyce into a Yes/No answer which wasn't forthcoming in a hurry because Noyce was thinking about it.
Vossy then put him on the spot and said "so based on what you've said, the next Roosters player that misbehaves will be sacked" and the reply was Yes, with a nod of the head.
