You only need to go through the annals of League and you'll find a number of stories of other promising players that we're cruelled by similar injuries.
Every bloke who 'retired' due to injury was the next superstar in the making, just ask them.

If he wants some inspiration from a bloke who's recovered from 2 knee reconstructions before he was 21 as proof it's no barrier he needs to look no further than our Vice Captain, Boyd Cordner.

If he's good enough he'll make it. I think he is, he's all class.

SKD was excellent from Round 26 onwards. Was happy to put up his hand and take the tough hit ups coming out from our own danger end.
I think he was also mistake free in this period in the real games when it really counted.
As for Fergo, I'd take him in a heart beat. He is X-factor. A brilliant player.

If he was at a club where he was happy and the team was successful, I'd like to think he'd behave himself.

Also, with Anothony Mundine not too far away, I think that would have a positive influence on Ferguson.

When we signed SB, everyone went on about the entourage and Anthony Mundine. Did anyone actaully see Mundine at any Roosters games throughout the year? Mundine, although a contraversial character, who likes to play up to the media, would be a good influence on any young footballer that he was attached to.

Moga may need quite a few games at Newtown to get his confidence back and to learn how to committ himself in defence.

I personally think Blake Ferguson needs to do a stint on the sidelines for a year. He really needs to clean up his act and prove/want to be a professional footballer and abide by standards set by NRL clubs.

I don't want us to take advantage of the Raiders misfortune in this instance.

I prefer to let SKD see out his contract and bring on other Easts youngsters in the lower grades.

once again were embaressed by our riches, too many good players, it happened trying to pick the team for the grand final either napa or kennedy would not have let the team down and would have contributed to our win as they have in other games this season, but this is big money football big business! so i suppose it sounds like skid will be playing against us in the near future and you can bet hell limit his skid moments against us and perhaps tear us a new one! kennedy will do the same!

            We already are.

I feel slack. He has been loyal, he has great friends over here, he loves the club. Want proof? Come on he played 65 minutes with a broken jaw. With one of if not, the hardest tackler marking him in matai. In a freaking grand final! Fergo has potential and of course is a freak. But his culture and living arrangements might downgrade the whole teams morale and cause fights/ bad headlines for the club.

He played 60 minutes with a broken jaw because he didn't want to let his mates down. That's the attitude and spirit this club needs. Punting him to get Fergo would be the lowest this club has ever descended to

After leaving Canberra, Ferguson spent time working as a labourer and realised he was in danger of throwing away a lucrative career. "I was working for two weeks and it opened my eyes a bit," he said. "There was all these million dollar houses and I was thinking `I should own one of these'. "So I thought I should go back and do something I'm good at."
I laughed, but this in a nut shell sums up why we should stay away from him.

                        He's just so thick.

You have to laugh at the use of the past tense as well. "Was working", "worked". Fark me it was only a few weeks ago really and the job maybe lasted a month. This bloke is a knucklehead. A talented knucklehead but still. I say stick with SKD.

                            Mate I agree.

His defence is nowhere near what is needed to play in this team.

Our cover defence was awesome in the semis.

                            Urgency is Moga's downfall.

And we have "supporters" who would be happy for this to happen. Farken unbelievable.
