Yes there would be quite a few. In the 2nd half of the season his form improved immensly & he is part of our GF winning team.

Indeed, from that Dogs game on he has been great.

            lol

            The old real "supporters".

Honestly if you asked me a month ago I would say SKD out, I don't rate him that highly. And to be brutally honest I thought he had a few bad reads in defence in the GF.

But the courage and determination he showed in that game is incredible. To think he knew he was injured but didn't want to tell the boys or coaching staff just shows the spirit and mateship we have in the club. You can't buy that stuff, it's something special.

With all these calls though SKD, Mini or LOD as long as Robbo makes the call on them I'm happy either way. The respect I have for that bloke is immense.

I keep saying it the highlight of the GF for me was when they tipped the Gatorade on Robbo and celebrated. That showed how much they respect the bloke, I've actually never seen a team embrace a coach like that before.

              What?

That's part of the thing, every team does that, U12's Netball even does it if you win a GF.

Not the Gatorade mate, the way they embraced him.

He is like a father to these blokes.

I fully agree - I didn't know any one else noticed.

All coaches get a bucket of Gatorade BUT no team embraces the coach and jump up and down in celebration as a group. The way all the players ran in for a group celebration around Robbo was also the highlight for me.

                  Incredibly respectful to the coach.

They showed how much he is loved by all.

                  You can't buy that.

Ah okay, yea he really is like a father, I can really see him being a coach that just never fails. He'll be better then Bennet IMO he really does get the best out of his players and the fact that he is only 36 is great for us and for him.

In the fair dinkum dept, SKD did have his best last half of the season, ever for us, and to play on with a broken jaw, brings a lot of merit to the man, but ability wise, if we can secure Ferguson, and get his head right, we will retain the premiership, without a doubt the unknown quantity is Moga, he may be a good one, or an injury prone dud, nobody can really answer that with any confidence, at this stage.

Our cover defence was awesome in the semis.

                            Urgency is Moga's downfall.
I don't think it's fair to criticise his defence based on half a season under Brian smith! The entire team's defence wasn't that crash hot year.....

Surely Moga will come on to the wing and RTS go to the back in 2015 when mini retires.

Moga is a gun in the making I feel

Well that's the only exposed form we have.

I don't think Smith was to blame for what we saw.

Time will tell with Moga but I reckon he is a fair way off at this stage.

                                Nah fair enough.

Like you said everyone is entitled to their opinion. To be honest we should all still be celebrating for months to come, I know I will.
