I heard he was selected but wanted to be captain/coach.

Seriously who is going to put up the first Youtube video so we can crown him the next Immortal?

Interesting signing. The article certainly makes him out to be very cocky and confident in his own ability.

I'll wait to see how he trains, how is attitude is when he gets here, what his team mates think he's like, what his coaches think he's like, how well he plays, or even what he's like in person.

I'll avoid judging him based on a few quotes from a Daily Telegraph article

He is still very young, and by the time he is playing his best football, we should have a couple of players ready to retire.
Good spine for our 2014 NYC -

              Fullback - Curtis Naughton
              5/8 - Paul Momorovski
              Half - Jackson Hastings
              Hooker - Grant Garvey

Talented spine for such a young group

CN will pull his head in once he gets stomped on by the big boppers down under.

Anyone know how Piki Te Ora Rogers went in SG Ball last year?

Gman, then throw in the likes of Nene MacDonald and Willis Meehan (depending on commonwealth games) and Moga if he can get his knee right, that's not a bad start for an NYC squad, could be a few ego's though, coach will have his hands full.

any news on Milne?, was rumours that the Waratahs were interested.

                      Moga is to old now, already 20 and Adam Hartigan you'll find is confirmed as coach. Taane is under the pump from Waratahs but I reckon he will see out the final year of his contract. Guessing Round 1 team will look something like this;

                      1. Curtis Naughton (18) - Pommy
                      2. Brendan Elliott (19) - AIS Rep
                      3. Taane Milne (18) - Aust Rugby Rep
                      4. Nene McDonald (19) - Aust Schoolboys Rep
                      5. Jack Goodsell (19) - Aust Schoolboys Rep
                      6. Tyler Cornish (19)
                      7. Jackson Hastings (17) - Aust Schoolboys Rep
                      8. Jokatama (19)
                      9. Brad Deitz (18) - Aust Schoolboys Rep
                      10. Braden Uale (18) - Junior Kiwi Schoolboys Rep
                      11. Willis Meehan (18) - Aust Schoolboys Rep
                      12. Vincent Leuluai (18) - Australian Schoolboys Rep
                      13. Piki Rogers (18)

                      14. Alex Thomas (19)
                      15. Mitch Mamery (19)
                      16. No idea, run out of names I know.

Alex Thomas would be starting hooker on last years form he was excellent towards the end of the season

During this year Newman revealed a couple of young signings whose names i cannot recall.
I know too that there's a few Qld recruits in our squad. Don't know their names. Roll on generation next

I don't think either Paul M or Grant Garvey will get near the u20s in 2014
They will be playing SG Ball and I can't see them that spectacular that they will also play U20s.
