  • SBW's neck injury

got his neck caught and whiplashed in a crusher like tackle, it looked horrible on replay, managed to play on for a while but was replaced after about 30 minutes and didn't return.

hopefully its nothing more than a jarred neck but it looked horrible.

Yeah it looked bad. My first thoughts were 'Hope he's ok' 'Please get up' and 'Oh no the Roosters'.

I reckon he'll be back soon

        He looked ok
He came off after laying on a beautiful try for their halfback.
        It was 26-0
I thought it was a good move by the coach, to rest your franchise player after half an hour in such a game.

To use an American sports term.

A player which is regarded as the type of player to build a franchise (team) around is often referred to as a franchise player.
Very similar to a marque player.

To simplify it....the best player in the team.

                  Regardless, Sonny will be ok.
Good move to rest him up.

As I read between the lines, or should I say your inability to construct the most basic of sentences, my answer to what I believe to be your question is yes. I'm very comfortable with my understanding of the English language, as I'm sure you are. I'm also sure that it is just your lack of typing skills that has made you look less than intelligent.

May I suggest that typing is a key skill for those who wish to waste away their time as a troll.

As mentioned previously I coined an often used phrase from professional sports in the US, where teams can be a franchise of the league that they play in (the governing body, or corporation if you will). An example of this is seen in how each of the NBA teams/clubs/franchises are set up.
