While Souths can claim a large supporter base it must be remembered that they were somewhat of a Fad when they re-entered the Comp. People love a cause to become part of. Their high profile owners also contributed to an increase in supporters. Not to mention the pseudo -supporters that make an occasional appearance.

Im so glad Souths are in the comp.

I cant believe Rooster supporters who get so wound up about Souths. I couldn't care what they do but I am glad they have come good, I just wish Newtown, Balmain, Wests & Norths could have done the same.

Again next year IMO the Roosters & Souths are going to be top 4 sides so I expect some rippers of games between them next year. Rd 26 this year out at ANZ stadium was probably the happiest night of my year, 2 top top sides going into battle for the minor premiership & the Roosters triumphing. Big games with big name players what more can you ask for.
