None of them are over-rated in my opinion but some of them haven't delivered consistently high levels of performance.
As to your question PtB, most rated would be Craig Fitzgibbon, but alas I can't really call him a Rooster any more so I will say Myles too.

That was a long time ago. He's completely lost whatever pace he had. Too slow for 5/8, and nowehere near a good enough ball runner or defender for lock. Yes he has a go, but the fact that that earns him credibility only reflects poorly on others
