the guy gets away with a lot of niggle rubbish that goes on in the tackle as well I suspect. you are always seeing players get up out of a tackle and then look around to see who it was that just did whatever to them, they always get up and stare at burgearse.

I remember the last round against the vermin players like pearce, Maloney and friend get up and couldn't wait to give it to him after a try or when they knew the result was sewn up. me suspects a bit of payback for a little testi grab, eye gouge, choke etc

Fair enough mate, I went off like a Donna kebab.

But it's the lack of discipline that gets me. JWH is moving into the Mozz category, ANY indiscretion, no matter how minor and he is gonna go for a row.

I understand they aren't/weren't as grubby as Spam, but it costs the club as badly or worse for their lack of discipline.

I still believe if Spam played for us the vast majority of our fans would be excusing every thing he does.

But Moz was not a grubby player, which is what Burgess is. His dirty acts are not brain explosions, they are a constant part of his game, each and every week. He just gets away with a lot of the time. Keep an eye on the bloke and you'll see plenty of sly elbows, knees etc. He gets done for his blatant high shots but that's it.

If Burgess was given the same harsh treatment by the judiciary that Moz was, then fair enough. But the judiciary have continued to smack him with a feather which has just encouraged his garbage.

not sure if its true(twitter rumour) but Dylan Walker apparently tore his hamstring in the scrimmage with Wigan today and could miss the start of the season, take a look at the backline they could be fielding in round 1, apart from Inglis it is very ordinary.

It's never bothered me all these guys who go to union/afl. For every Falou/Hunt that goes there is a RTS/Barba/DCE/Johnson waiting in the wings. Then of course the good majority of them end up back here any way. And that's because at the end of the day a rugby league player is always a rugby league player. You can only fake your love for a sport that's piss boring (Union) for so long.
