Not fussed about the tournament even though it would be great if we win of course. It's all about $ via TV if it's a flop then it can only hinder the game. I would prefer the NRL to put more thought and $ into the seasons match scheduling ,semi final games and the SOO series and allow the players to be paid more.

This isn't funded or run by the NRL, wont cost them anything.

Anything that promotes the game is a postive. If league dies the Roosters die Still a long way to go but I didn't think our world cup this years was as Mickey Mouse as in previous years.

they way I look at it , if they don't do it (nrl) the afl nab cup will be the only sport televised and on the news. except for the who give a shit about the winter Olympics.
