I agree Coggy is bang on.

Don't be insulted UnwashedDan, Coggy is as stand up as they come when it comes to his opinion.

I can't think of a single player I'd swap from our 17 for yours.

Not saying some of your players wouldn't or couldn't make it out here in the NRL.

I just look at both sides on paper and don't feel any love for your boys.

I know the games not played on paper. It's not being arrogant just honest opinion.

So are you trying to tell me that you wouldn't have a place for Josh Charnley on your wing? I'd rate him as a more complete player and better finisher than Tupou, I'd go as far to say he's one of the best finishers in the game. Granted he's not as big as the Tongan but his try scoring ability speaks for itself. Shaun O'Loughlin and possibly Liam Farrell (if he carries on his form from last season) would hold their own.

I just heard on 2GB that Kouparitsas is playing dummy half for Wigan in the WCC.
Making Steve Naughton look like Vince Mellars...

Scoring on the wing in the ESL is very different to the NRL, defences are nothing like you witnessed by the NZ warriors.. In the NRL, You need to dominate in the middle before you will benefit from your outside men... No disrespect but Wigan look thin in the middle?

Haha about 20kg overweight by now I'd say. I saw a picture of Piggy just the other day and he's looking massive now, clearly enjoying his retirement from the game.

I wouldnt swap Daniel Tupou for any winger in either competition

Piggies been coaching in the Roosters lower grades after a short but tough reintroduction to the NRL in 2012[NRL had become very fast since he had left], not sure if he is still with us?

I like our wingers mate. I think they offer the complete deal. RTS is the freak with footwork so sublime he confuses the best defenders in the game and Toops is our Giraffe able to leap tall buildings in a single bound.

I actually believe Toops has a lot of improvement in him.

I tell ya what when Mini retires RTS can go to fullback and we will gladly relieve you of Charnley.

I wouldn't trade anyone in our current team personally. They are young and just starting to click as a combo. Combined with a young coach and maybe the games best talent scout, the future looks very bright in Bondi.

One of the worst coaches ever, i sent him too kids from NZ that were Roosters supporters and played rep rugby. Absolute guns, sent him the footage they sent through to me, big strong fast, both outside backs, he rings me and tells me they are not what he needed, i think his side had the worst record ever, had 50 put on them most weeks.

One of the boys made the All Blacks 18's last season, the other has a contract with the Crusaders at 16.

As a coach he makes a good radio commentator lol

Sean O'Loughlin is my standout quality player for Wigan however pushing
Cordner, Aubusson or Guerra with all due respect to Sean out of those spots just would not happen.

I remember many NRL commentators, fans and other teams I suspect rating us
as a bit of a three card trick team leading into last year, somehow
thinking we would go somewhere with our off seasons buy of SBW only to
find that it was also the lesser lights in the team that rose to a new
level and together developed into an unstoppable force by the end of the
                          year.

The lesson for all that thought that way last year - is never disrepect
your opposition - the consquences can be heartbreakingly embarrassing.

Trent also demonstrated that a team with great self-belief can achieve
                          great things.

I don’t think Wigan have come out here whistling Cliff Richard's We're all going on a summer holiday - they will put in a very determined performance - whether that is enough we will wait and see.

Trent won’t be letting the players play with calculators working out how
much they are going to win by based on recent Wigan performances, like Ricky Stuart before he is desperate to win this title to prove something here and in England.

In fact FrozenOne you hit on a good point especially about Trenticles.

Having coached in England and having a rep there one would have to think he is super keen to show The Poms just how well he is doing at our club.
