Not sure how you get the Teo one as fine.

Last time I checked the rules (about 10 mins ago) it is still a penalty for tackling a player not in possession.
Shoulder charge? No arms used but it doesn't matter.
And I hear Sterling in the box crapping on about how a player was "tackled on suspicion". If he doesn't have the ball then he should change his phrase to "tackled illegally" because that is what it is.
Whether any of that changes the result last night is impossible to say but the coach is right. If they are going to police the shoulder charge they need to get them all.Comment
