Gotta love that Roosters bloke out side the stadium running up to all the Souffs fan thrashing his Roosters premiership emblem at them and giving it to them.
Bad game from the Chooks ..kinda expected it I think there may be a a bit of fatigue for them to get over.
They were patchy .They had a chance to bring it back in the first half if Cordner passes to Jennings we score but he tried to be the hero then Mini drops an average pass from SBW but he still shouldve landed the eagle.Then we when Toups was tackled - Pro foul and a penalty on top to make it 8 points with the Dole bludger in the bin
Forwards could be really good for bursts of 5 minutes then get into slow gear.
Thought Guerra was our most consistent out there kept punching away .Thought Pearce was a man on a mission but didnt have a team following his steps ,thought Souffs game plan relied on hassling and smashing Maloney and they did and it worked.
Our forwards gain meters was appalling.
best players for us I guess was Boyd Cordner , Pearce and yes SBW was generally poor but still better than the rest and the only danger to Souffs
It was game I thinks we couldve left Morts out of and had another forward on.
The Bumbler -3- was ineffective on the day he will have better ones looks like baby mini is keeping him up all night.There is always the danger of 1 season too long for him but its only round one.
Empire -4- Was there abouts and shouldve got a penalty try with the souffs diickhead in the bin for 10 Didnt see much ball because Maloney was woeful and he is taller than the empire state building.
The Mole -3- it was like Jenko was undergrund and non existant if you have a major strike weapon like him you give him ball dumbos
The Untouchable -2- Im pretty sure RTS was on holidays in Bali as his team didnt site him or give him any ball another weapon wasted .Ran 126m from dummy half because he had fark all else to do and he had to get out of his banana chair to do it.
Jabber Jaw -1- break his farken Jaw again he sure plays better when the do.
Smashed Alice - 3- was crappy .Malones got owned by a novice 5/8th
The Crow -7- Junior Junior ...yes I was the first to give him his nick yonks ago when he was 16 ...any way tried all day ran at the line trying to ignite us but he was the lonesome crow.
Pretty Boy Floyd -6- Cords had a go had a good work rate one moment of hogness cost us a try .
The 300 -6- Like in Greek mythology the Persians were Rabbits and Burgess kept him in check and out played him if this was the great battle of Sparta. The only good thing for SBW in this game is his abs were intact.Come on Sonny remember playing direct is your game any thing else your just an ordinary player.
Usaibord -0- No its not a bro term its stands for Borderline and useless .Guessing compa take a guess.Really expected an even bigger season for him but looks like one comp is enough.Moved like cetrepeid and stung like a butterfly .
Jimmy Snuka- 3- got owned by Souffs ..wasnt his usual self .Im a Moa fan love the bloke but he will atone.
Punch Drunk - 6- That Friendy ...he is like an aged boxer but he just keeps tackling away . Can be more dynamic but they moved up quick on him.
Cinderafella- 4- Come on JWH forget the hair style and dig in .He is a 10 times better player ...he was ok in patches .This book end and his mate above couldve been more consistent every time him and Moa did have a dig in unison ,the whole team moved forward they slackened and we go back peddling .First game blue.

Allen -2- now morts is the other two and half men bloke some times non existant has pace just doesnt use it enough all you have to do for 10 minutes is hang off Sonny Bill not trying to get laid.
Jelly -4 - The Naporizer has jellowed out ...dont know how long he was on for but was ineffective and for the first time he didnt put a player into heaven ....never mind he will get his mojo back.as a young bloke he should learn that if your top two props arent playing well then you have to dig in deep and lift them and lead by example.

We might be in a slump fellas a busy footy off season for some .playing Parra next week is a good thing just winning by two points will do me.If we are falling into a slump at this early stage then better now than later and just amass enough points to keep in touch .I said "IF"
