the telucrap are now reporting we were never serious players in the hunt for Fafita, hardly are surprise, but really shows their lack of credibility when they ran a back page story a couple of weeks ago declaring we were going all out to sign him.

Bring Lloyd Perrett back, he's been killing it in the 20's and if they sign Fifita & re-sign Graham like is being widely speculated today there's going to be some sort of fall out.

      Perrett's contract ends this year.

          Klemmer.

Played off the bench in Rnd 1.

Clearly the Dogs are trying to create a team of props.

Graham, Fifita, Tolman, Klemmer, Kasiano ... bizarre.

David Klemmer? He played off the bench this weekend, didn't look to bad.

But they re-signed him on a 4 year contract in 2013, about 350k a season. I'd be staying well clear of him at that price.

I do find it hard to believe that they'll have a prop rotation of Tolman, Graham, Fifita, Kasiano & Klemmer. That's comfortably over 2 million dollars on a prop rotation. Pushing up towards 2.5m-3m. Throw in Tony Williams on 600k, Pritchard 500k and I'm struggling to believe all the rumours, you'd think given their backline they'd allocate more of the cap to finding a fullback for starters but if the rumours are true then I'd definitely be targeting Perrett.

              Klemmer, thanks.

Looks like evans and liu are both off contract this year, few notables from other teams are tim mannah, fui fui, houston, newton, proctor, learoy-lars
              Bailey, hannant.

                I've always liked Tim Grant.

I believe he is locked up until the end of next year, but we all know that doesn't mean squat in this day and age.

Mature. Leadership qualities. Massive. Runs hard and straight. Won't cost the earth. Hasn't hit his peak. Gould will put in a good word for us.

Get him locked up Uncle Nick!

Reports are saying deal done today with the Dogs. They will have the biggest pack in the history of the game, there is an oasis smell about the Dogs.

As 6 said, if u just have, fifita, Graham, toleman, williams its about 2.4 mil on 4 players, nice to have ANZ chipping in.

Although barba departure prob did free up 500k.

Big is better when lightning fast play the balls are now king...and the speed of the game just went from 50kph to 80kph?

What did Fifita actually do last night?

Some say that about us though too mate.
Surely Des is clearing the decks. Firstly t-wex would get the boot the big fairy, then you would think Tolman before Graham and Kasiano.
Signing Fiffitta still won't solve the problem of zero creativity from your 9 & 1

what a load of crap, no way we have that much salary cap room left even after SBW leaves.

no club in their right mind would offer a front rower with long standing knee issues $900k a season, if by some chance we had that much cap room I would be prepaying contracts forward in 2015 and taking a run at either Folau or DCE for 2016, when guys like SKD and Maloney would be off the books.
