If the Roosters manage to win the 2014 premiership it will be a minor miracle.
Lets examine the facts. The most obvious one is, that no side in the last 20 years, have won consecutive titles.
The NRL want to spread premierships around, they hate the thought of one team dominating.
It's not rocket science, who would not have known, that the Roosters would provide up to 5 players to Origin ?
Yet, the club will be missing those players for not 1, not 2, but all 3 matches.
Once again, the Bulldogs get to play an understrength roosters side for another year. They tried it last year, and it failed, as the understrength side won 20-18. Why not try it again !!!
SBW gets rubbed out, JWH likely as well, every week, we get hammered in the penalties.
I'm telling you, it will be a Herculean effort, if the Roosters win in 2014. They have the best roster. The NRL knows it, but will do everything in their power, to ensure it doesn't happen.
