We done well considering the refs butt-farked us again, plus Sharks somehow conceded just 2 penalties and had 32/36 completions.. Yeah, I'd say we done alright.

The effort was there to night, the worry again, the amount of missed tackles, that led to tries, our defence from last year, is still a long way off what it has to be , SKD again proved what an enigma he is, but that's never going to change, he's like the Beast from the Warriors, you never know what is going to come from him.
I must congratulate Paul Gallen, I seen the Sharks Vs Manly game a week or so ago, and they were terrible, for him to come into his first game of the season, and play a full game, which was very intense in the forward exchanges, and to lift that side, the way he did, is just short of a miracle.
We will take the win, and hopefully build some momentum now, but still a mountain to climb for us.

This is the 'tap' from the 20m try. Not only should it have been a drop out but it should have been brought back as a penalty to us for an incorrect tap.

Geez the Roosters are having fcuk all luck go there way.

So glad that they still stood up & won with no luck. It was the same against Manly Parra & the Dogs they had no luck in those games either & managed to hang in there & just get beaten unfortunately.

The spirit is in the team but they are just not getting the roll of the dice at the moment.
I thought Pearce & Mini had top games with SKD being his usual rocks & diamonds but just slightly more diamonds tonight. Maloney tried hard as did Aubusson. I thought the forwards held there own against a good forward pack with Gallen contributing for them enormously.

All in all well done to the Chooks & hopefully they continue on the same way against the Dragons who I think they can beat.

JWH's no-try was a fair try...and the Sharks player touched the ball before it went over the dead ball line...the try that resulted from that decision should never have happened.

More incompetent refereeing.

Mini needs to ditch his Spiderman tackles and replace them with ones around the legs.

That catch on the full Mini took from Carney's kick over the top was pure magic, at a very very vital time in the game.
