who would of thought SKD is a better left winger than right centre
pearce and moa in the first half were awesome. skids pearce in the second half.
Guerra is running hard as. sbw who....did sfa along with jwh.
aubo, the every reliable aubs.
Faark your a wanker... Go Hawkies!!!! Learn a bit about RL and save the embarrassment..
ROGER Tuivasa-Sheck has urged the Roosters sign Shaun Kenny-Dowall long term after he teamed up with the rocks-or-diamonds Kiwi international to stop the Paul Gallen inspired Sharks from pulling off a shock upset.
For me wingers have more input than centres do in the game today. If you are tall & can get yourself in the right position to score the impossible tries you are there.
Other than SKD & Tupou the Roosters backs are all the same height, which are not very tall. Fergusson will add great height & grunt to the backline when he arrives.

SKD's best games have been on the wing since last year. Only option for centres is RTS though which I'm not sure about.
Well he stands in the centres all the time when he's supposed to be on the wing, so might as well play him there.
Trouble with playing him at FB is that he drops the high balls etc a lot.
Having seen him put Cordner over for a try last night...very Freddy-like [as another forum member here wrote last night], 5/8 could be his best position.
Maloney to half-back, RTS to 5/8...Pearce to centre or wing, Tupou to FB...this could be tried in matches this year when we have the games well and truly won...if that ever happens.

What's done is done, he got drunk and stuffed up bigtime, having been worshipped in many venus by all and sundry including women.
Then he made a huge mistake.
Stood before the judge for sentencing, case closed.
What now, his life is ruined forever?
He's unemployable forever?
Not like he's the first sinner ever given a second chance in the NRL...look at Gallen.
I can start to see why he is such an enigma. He takes the fifty fifty option all the time. That kick take could of went either way but he committed himaelf and thankfully got the result.
As long as he keeps running hard and straight and doesnt leak points, we can sustain him for this year.
Mini is going to be here, and in the team, for the rest of the year. Rightly or wrongly everyone should just accept it. He captained us to a Grand Final last year, and was extremely valuable, so I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt. I think he deserves this.
Obviously SKD is heart attack stuff but he's been playing really well for a while now. His dirty work, hit ups out of dummy half and so on, have been invaluable, probably even better then Jenko in this area. Of course he can make mistakes when only he could, but all players make them, and I bet SKD isn't even near the top of the Errors Made list (Does someone want to do the research?) SKD's mistakes just seem to stand out.
Like others, I think SKD has played his best footy on the wing over the last two years. He played right wing last year and on the left last night.
Toups is actually a right winger, well that's where he played before last year.
My mail is that we won't be able to hold on to Tau Tau, or they won't be willing to match a big offer from another club. I Could be wrong. Maybe the Fergo situation could have some bearing on this.
I can't believe people want to change our halves???
Taking this into account I'd be happy next year to see this -
