If Robbo wants him I support that...

Proctor's best is still ahead of him also we shouldn't judge him as SBW's replacement, look how long it took for Guerra to become what he is now following his exit from the Storm.

I would say he's not expensive & the big money will be spent elsewhere...

How much does it cost to buy black ray bans to make Fifita look intelligent when sipping on a coffee.

I might change my name to "Proctor 50/20"

We could sign Friendy's brother for a lot less and train him the way we want him to play! He's playing in the QLD cup at the moment! Why pay that much for a back rower???

I am for it, only because this seems like a big Robbo and POS signing. And based on their history its been great!

Lets not forget Robbo brought us LOD, Casty, Moa (Yes I know Fitzy recommended him but Robbo knew of him as well from his days at Catalans)

POS brought in Guerra, Tupou, RTS, Moga, Cordner

The amounts that get bandied around the media are usually far from the mark of what the true value is, so I doubt Proctor is getting $500k, and I am sure it is a signing so that we still have enough cash in the bag for another signing in mind.

I also think he will be a great addition to Guerra, Cordner, Aubbusson. Lets not forget Napa, Liu & Evans are props and will fight it out with JWH, Casty and Moa, while Proctor will fight it out with Guerra, Cordner and Aubbo.

Imagine if Cordner/Aubbo/Guerra suffered a season ending injury, we couldnt throw the likes of Langi/Meehan in there just yet. Evans showed NRL is a completely different level to 20s and NSW cup and it takes the players time to get used to the pace of NRL. Proctor gives us the depth and the quality to help Robbo keep rotating his 2rfs without being worried about losing too much quality.

It also keeps the current players (Cords/Aubbo/Guerra) on their toes knowing they must keep performing if they are to keep their starting spots.

Here is a novel, out there idea I’ve come up with Jack. How about we enjoy and support the current squad we have, whilst we are lucky enough to still have them together as a playing group. You remember them? I have a T-shirt with all their names on it too saying they won some sort of trophy thingy last year…Some on here would be the types to have a group of the world’s most beautiful and talented people standing right in front of them at a party, but they would still be craning their necks, checking the door, just to see if someone else more important or talented would come along…Embrace and support the players we do have, especially tomorrow..!

Does anyone know when Sammy Moa is off contract? Didn't he originally come on a 2 year deal, or has he already been upgraded?

Im fairly sure he came onboard on a 2yr deal - 2013/14 so he's off contract at seasons end.

Yeap, heard St. Merge and Parra are very keen on Sammy, he's not going to be cheap to retain

Dont say that, MOa has quickly become my favourite player, when he leaves the field our go foward goes backwards

I find it hard to believe we'd sign Proctor at the expense of one of the elite front rowers in the game now.

He's not James Graham or JWH but he's on the tier below, now better than the likes of Tamou and Kasiano.

I'll be gobsmacked if we sign Proctor at the expense of Moa. And disappointed.
