As for his form - he's had a disrupted pre-season and a disrupted first 6 weeks.

But like the rest of the team he's slowly getting back to his best. Sonny is such an amazing player, the best forward since Artie really, that we just expect him to pull off the ridiculous every game.

And when he doesn't some wonder if he had a good game. But yesterday he still put in a quality performance. His beautiful pass to SKD on the right led to Toops try. And his general defence, workraate and second phase was excellent.

Ive never been to a Roosters v Dragons game where we have not been outnumbered. They have a huge supporter base. Crap team.....huge supporter base.

Ha I read an article in the telecrap on wed by Richard hinds, going on about the declining crowds at the start of the season, could be to do with too many night games etc.

Then old mate left about 6 lines at the end to have a poke at the rooster fans for not travelling well, needing vaccinations and upping the life insurance.

haha lol my mum is crook as but nothing stopped her travelling 100km to brissy for the broncs game in march.

I also picked up SBW's comment. My response:
1. There were plenty of Rooster fans in the members yesterday - I was actually thinking if only some of these people attended more games instead of being ANZAC day heros as their only game for the year.
2. Also from up high, most of the noise I heard was from the Rooster fans.
3. As such, I thought SBW's comments were out of line

He's been making plenty of uncharacteristic errors that weren't so much in his game last year. Motivation seems to be a big challenge to him at the moment, as is with the rest of the side. I think a sign of his lack of confidence is in the offloads. He isn't producing many this year. Not in the top 20 in offloads this year

He's been steadily improving anyway and, as said, generally does a lot of hard work

Given his 3 games missed due to suspension and the fact that we're only 8 games into the season - any offloading rankings would be unfair.

Offloads per game would be a much more accurate description.

On TV it didnt appear or sound like we were that outnumbered although I concede I can't recall us ever outnumbering their fans at a game. Plus that was their home game.

I don't see him as a starting forward. Last year he wasn't unless injuries or SOO forced Robbo to start him.
I think his enthusiam levels are fine but I thinks he's a little frustrated passes arn't sticking etc. Bring him on after the early exchanges and watch the fireworks.
