Probably - but did you see some of freakish things he did with those limited skills? There must be a reason why clubs are prepared to keep signing him despite his psychotic episodes.

some really positive signs out of Moga today, really impressed with his involvement coming off the wing for hitups/dummy half runs, constantly beat defenders with power and footwork, if he can get another solid month of football under his belt he may be very handy during origin time.

nothing has changed from my thoughts last week, the development of the likes of Martin/Moga/Langi is being stunted playing in such a horrible team with no real direction.

Watched a lot of Josh Davies playing state cup for Wests when bone head Sheens was there , Josh should have been given a FG chance years ago, he played centre back then , then moved to the engine room. He was a big block busting player who had a Trevor Gilmister like style going in for the big hits.. It was just that Bone Head Sheens preferred to blood the Balmain state cup players over Wests..

Went out to Henson to watch this game...was cccolder than the beer but still a good crowd... 8976..not quite the sellout expected....Robbo, steve Mac and even Smithy ( luvs a game) were there.

Langi is a class above this grade and if he doesn't make our top 17 next year I'd say we will lose him.

Andrew Pearn would cut NRL...and I was impressed with the no 1 Evans.

Stranger created danger...I'd prefer him to mort's as a backup to Jake.

No to rotten...very sharp but some horrible attacking kicks.

The main reason I went was to see tau tau and he is progressing nicely. Was a shame to see him and langi teamed together and not get many opportunities though.

Jets strong contenders for the spoon which ain't good.

Very promising signs for Moga with limited ball made some strong runs and nearly put 1 of the Manly backs back to Brooky with a great hit but he managed to bounce out of it like Le Strange work in the 2nd half could force his way into our 17 soon that Seru resembles a park player makes Kasiano look skinny.

Very, very impressive for a guy coming off back to back knee reconstructions.

Honestly wrote 2014 off for Moga, coming back from serious injury often takes a while but he looks really impressive.

His defence in the two games prior to yesterday has been really poor & I imagine it had something to do with his shift onto the wing yesterday. Hard to say whether he's more suited to the wing because they never really tested our right edge defence.

The thing that pleased me most was his physical confidence. With his hitups there was no timidity and for a big man he can change direction pretty quickly.

His match fitness for centre would still be a while off for firsts though I'm thinking. As R6 said he got very little defensive work yesterday.

you could see Moga's confidence grow as the match went on, loved how he continued to come infield and look for work.

He is an enormous unit for a back. If he has retained his speed, it would take a cement truck to stop him if got into free space.

                          Agreed.

Just needs to show he has worked on his commitment in defence.

That was Moga's best game for sure. His quads are MASSIVE!!
Agree with everything else above. He did a lot of work in attack and didnt have to do much in defence.
Needs a few more games with the Jets though.
                            Good signs. Happy for him.

could someone who has sat on the side lines of a few jets games this year please explain what you think has happend to the jets thifyear. is it matterson getting to cumfy , or is tooooo many egos in a team and he cant reel them in. or is it just a team of park footballers. bar a few of course.

i think if it doesnt get fixed soon our club will suffer as our reserves wont have that winning feeling, or unity that holds a team together. and may also break our development of 20s coming thru the ranks and may also open the door for players to leave the club.

Any word on Casty? If he stays in a Jets team competing for the spoon, I can't see him lasting the year.
