    Fergo already working in the football office god knows doing what but he needs the income he's flat broke so he'll want to perform next year I think he 'll turn the corner otherwise he'll end up on the scrap heap.

      I particularly liked his response to Pearce. He said something along the lines of 'I don't set rules, I teach people to make good decisions'.

      Military style discipline crowds creativity + builds resentment for authority. Respecting players enough to let them make good decisions puts the onus on them to act appropriately whether or not the coach sets rules.

        Why would we want this idiot. Isn't tonight's performance enough to convince people what idiotic behavior does to the clubs stability.

          Seems some people are slow learners.

            He's been printing out flyers with directions to all the clubs and pubs in the area and leaving them on the windshields of our players' cars

              Well said. It's never worked in any workplace I've been in..I can't wait for the coaches' forum again this year. Trent is an amazing speaker.

                Speed and power. Hits hard in both defence and attack and caused us trouble every touch of the ball last night. We need some impact from our forwards next year and he is the answer.

                    [QUOTE=Tommy Smith;370558]Very interesting.

                    Our culture is so strong that no single buffoon could derail us.

                    He has immeasurable talent. At his best he is the best centre in the game.

                    But ... he's a merkin.

                    Trust in Trent I guess.[/QUO This merkin is one of the only players we will have that can split a defence apart without resorting to set moves.

                            CRM, what's your mates opinion on Fergo playing for us?

                            Uncle Nick must genuinely believe our club can rehabilitate Blake & get him playing career best footy. Let's not forget we've chased Fergo a few years back before he re-signed with Canberra.
