With Fifita out, Bird out. and whoever else out...I'd probably go with Pearce and Maloney, halves from the same team and who've played Origin before and a GF successfully recently.

They'll likely go with others though.

I wouldn't be too disappointed to see the Dog halves get picked.
It would be nice to play them with our halves while their halves are missing, although, knowing our side, a bit of complaceney may be a problem on the night.

They are reporting in the telucrap that cause of the weekend, Pearce (and therefore Maloney), and Cordner now will get dropped from the origin team. They reckon Jennings and Tupou won't get picked now either. I hope a rift doesn't come up in the team if this is the case.

From a selfish point of view I'd love to see Josh Morris, She-Rex, Reynolds and Hodkinson over Jenko, Boyd Pearce and Maloney, especially as we play the Dogs RD11, but I would obviously feel for our boys. Hopefully if it happens they lift even further.

Toups was terrible, he and Mini were the reason they got the jump on us. They were both disgraceful.

For mine Toups was never a chance for Origin, yes he does some freakish stuff but he is still very raw in certain areas.

And Jenko will be the only one picked for us in Origin.
