  • Professional organisation WTF???

How can a supposedly professional organisation like the chooks allow one of your star players to become so out of shape in the off season?? JWH is playing like a fat slug and is resorting to stupid and easy options as a result of this. I know we don't have much experience in the lower grades up front but a few weeks for Newtown, and a few kilos off hopefully might reignite him.

His weight was well suited to the rules in 013, unfortunately he is an over weight back rower atm. When Robbo realises this and returns him to the # 13 then we will see JWH @ his best..

Perhaps u two could upload your coaching credentials as its obvious you are more qualified than Robbo!

Too many are are over reacting way too much. So we got touched up. When they scored that second try from that ridiculous bounce I knew it was going to be "one of those games" Nothing was gonna go right , and it didnt.

Combine that with the fact they didnt turn up, and we deserved what we got. The first cowboy set of 6 summed up the game. Easy metres. They all played cap.

It has nothing to do with jwh supposedly being overweight.

I have followed Easts since 67 and have been to many home and away games and last nites game I rate in the top 10 as the weirdest game watched - the bounce of the ball and all things favoring the cowboys against a out of sorts easts team - I have no doubt the teams preparation was unsettled by the channel 9 media barrage against Pearce in the lead up to origin and I wonder where the 9 CEO loyalties lay.

Lol great response carnt. Where did I mention TR's coaching ability and where did I state last night's display squarely fell on JWH's shoulders?? Did you even read the post or have you got some homo love for JWH or is he exempt from criticism in your mind?

I thought he was good against Wests & St George in the last two games.

Not sure what people were expecting from him last night. We had 16 completed sets to their 38 & we were consistently bringing the ball out from our own end.

Apparently he came back from his US trip severely overweight. Robbo was non too pleased and gave him a right royal serve.

Playing like a fat slug. Newtown. U obviously dont think hes good enough for FG. There were plenty of passengers last night and i dont know what more u expect from JWH. Anyway, your first sentence in your reply to me probably sums up your level of intelligence. Another keyboard hero instantly using abuse in a lame attempt to convince others of how clever you are 😁 I think Bondi Paul summed it up well. It was just one of those weird games & no one showed up.
But really, u dont need to resort to the old four letter words to get your thoughts across my friend.
Just keep throwing those haymakers through the monitor.....they are devastating! 😁

So if a player is dropped to reserve grade does it automatically mean he isn't good enough for first grade? Or does it mean a player could be dropped to find form, fitness, etc etc?? Ben Hannant has played for Australia and recently got dropped, so in your books he isn't good enough. There is a reserve grade for a reason and it's probably not used enough

If a player was good enough for first grade he would play first grade.

If a player gets dropped to reserve grade either its because theyre injured, out of form, etc and therefore not good enough for first grade.

Other than that, reserve grade is for blokes that are past it, blokes that will never make it and blokes that are developing, and is utilised perfectly at the moment.

I didn't think that Jarrod was the worst player on the field last night.
