Brian canavan just interviewed on 2ue, was asked about a rift at the chooks, they said there are those who choose to drink, and those who don't. Didn't confirm or deny a rift, but left it with " we just got to get back to how we were last year"

If Sonny's having a sook it doesn't say much about his professionalism.

He just got married, that can wear the best of men down.

      Chook.

P.S Awesome to see you back JT.

I have been thinking a bit about the criticism of SBW. It was spurred a bit because while everyone was raving about him last year it was because of the flashy things, meanwhile he was doing alot of grunt work as well but it was being missed by many.

While the flashy things are not in abundance, apart from last week, he is still doing the grunt work and plenty of it. He aint going too bad at all

He & Cordner are the only forwards averaging over 100m a game. Exactly like a half you can't blame SBW for not creating points like last year when our forward pack has failed to gain any dominance and ascendancy in most of our games this year.

Like you say he's still doing the grunt work but like every half in a side that's struggling to go forward he seems to be copping some unfair criticism.

Mate I tend to agree with this theory.

Everyone expects him to do something each time he carries the ball.

                    First grade ain't that easy.

Dead set the modern day footballer is a sook they all should take a leaf out of Fitzys book and have a go at all times and all costs when we were bad Fitzy kept going didnt care where we were on the table and who was coach or he played with.
Maybe they need to join the Pharrell Williams craze and make a video "happy".

Tonight w ehave a Bulldogs pack on fire and ours on Holidays -It will have to be a big turn around and effort
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

Maubs isnt a sook even thru all the low scores you unfairly award him maaaaaaaaaaaaaaate.

I reckon the less time he gets on the field the more Friendly has to work which lessens our attacks starting point.

Cos Maubs still is our best defender and when on the field lessens Friendlys load.

I think we need a petition Maubsworstnightmare.

What's happened to Maubs playing time was inevitable.

You play 4 forwards on the bench then obviously someone/s have to get less playing time. Just basic maths.

Anyway he'll be happy at being a starter for the next 2-3 months. And no doubt he'll do a brilliant job.

You cant single one out to perform they all have to gel and do their job at the same time .SBW was a big example and leader lasy year but some one else needs to put their hand up .Guerra is a big loss his second half mongerl last week is what is required from all of them.....Ive always said when JWH fires we win.He is the sleeping giant that needs to lead the forwards out.

Did anyone just notice Pearce and SBW not give each other the hug in the sheds.

He looked up saw it was SBW and they both moved on to the next player.
