Not convinced by our Frenchman at all. I would have rathered LOD for one more yr to be honest. No size, no grunt, no bending the line. I know its his debut but i cant see where the upside is.

I thought the much maligned FPN was great, particularly for having a crack at Ennis at half time. For mine though it was SBW, JWH and SKD as the top 3 with honourable mentions to Friend and MacDonald.

Spot on regarding FPN cockers.

Though he was intimidating throughout the match. He and Sbw stepped up big time considering a couple of regular forwards out. I'm starting to see the value in the wrecking ball, puff puff ball no more.

Klemmer is a dumb man... It took him maybe 10 times but I think he eventually realised what a dumb mistake he made by firing up FPN and JWH. They were both very cranky men and I loved it.

Lol at the end of the year we may have to thank Klemmer for reigniting our Premiership defence and bringing the Roosters boys back to being a tight bunch of mates again.

This could go one of two ways.

Either we lose it, JWH and FPN in particular, and that's our season goorrnnee.

I'm still stunned Dessie left Klemmer out here. That late act of lunacy is the result of poor coaching IMO. You could see we'd busted the kid and he needed an early shower, time to reflect and release his frustrations.

Was is just me or did Ray Warren seem disgusted with Canterbury's dirty tactics? Normally he death rides us but in the second half he was really sounding like he was pleased Canterbury's bad karma was coming back to bite them and he was enjoying seeing us do well. I'm going to watch the game later again but just wondering if anyone else noticed.

Cant say I noticed that What I did notice in the 2nd half was Gould using his position in the media to criticise and question our ethics in regards to giving penalties away

He shouldnt be commentating on games when he clearly has a vested interest due to his position with Penrith

Yes, I agree with you. I was mighty annoyed when I saw him arrive at Allianz to call the Manly game, wearing his Penrith gear.
