I'm not taking sides in this little spat but that's exactly right. Just because someone / thing tries to create an environment to improve someone"s chances of winning something, doesn't mean they will succeed if the club in question is too hopeless to take advantage of it.

Well you can come up with many different reasons why but the facts are that we give away more penalties than most but it doesn't mean that we will get as many in return.
