I thought that SKD had a great game yesterday. His defence was very very solid except for that 1 misread. His attack has come along in leaps & bounds..

If Ferguson gets a contract and has a good pre season someone has to go either Mini or SKD you can't keep them all, I still have memories of that round 22 game versus the Raiders at Allianz when he scored that try against us despite 3 or 4 players on him.

During the week when news of the raiders possibly offering Moga a deal, those same critics jumped up and down asking to keep Moga and get rid of SKD!!!!!!

SKD has developed well at the Roosters and has played with alot of heart, and I sincerely hope he plays out his career at the Roosters and become a one club man.
I can understand why people would rather see Moga (or McDonald) take his place in the side, Moga has far more potential than S.K.D. though he does'nt look ready yet, whereas McDonald, in spite of his youth plays a serious game of football. Sean is still letting in tries, runs sideways in attack and drops the ball far too often, he has been with us for a long time now but his weakness's never seem to be addressed, His performance yesterday cost the team a try in defense and another in attack.

Flake next year will be on a lot less than SKD

          & there lies the issue

what absolute rubbish. Watch yesterdays game for example, he holds a pass up very nicely then puts Mini in the corner. While it wasn't RTS it still shows you are clueless

it was 2 bad reads in defense but plenty of great things that made up for them.
He is possibly the only player that gets a quick play the ball.
His work load appears to be much higher than Jennings and now he is no running around with injuries he is showing how good he can be

We have a good dilemma then. Nene Macdonald is heir apparent to that wing, so it's a battle between him and Skd as to who keeps it.

SKD won a Prem with us. With a broken jaw. He played for Clovelly, ffs. But most importantly, he's playing really, really well in all facets of the game.

He'll go down as one of my all time favourites.
2 very poor defensive reads yesterday led to Storm trys. This did surprise me tho as I think he has improved greatly in this area.

To me he is an average player who can be outstanding on his day. But i gotta say, when he runs the ball out from our danger zone, with the ball carrying arm flapping around, i do get worried.

Sometimes I love him and sometimes he is frustrating. That is his very nature. But he has been better this year

                      This.

I've rode him home in Grand and Prelim Finals and I've cursed his existence.

But I'm a SKD fan and he's been playing out of his skin this year, particularly in defence. Really using his shoulder this year.

                      Chook.

                        SKD is a club legend..

He may make mistakes, but in true SKD style they only happen in winning efforts..

I can't think of a game where one of his "specials" has caused us to lose..

He is a GF winning international centre..

He should be a Rooster for life..

I love SKD and the fact that a lot of so called supporters hate him makes me love him even more. As HIG said above, he IS a club legend. I doubt we would have won the GF last year if he didn't stay on the field. I'm looking forward to seeing Mini and SKD doing a lap of honour together in October.

                            Exactly!

The sad thing is that barely a day or 2 after the GF there were some on here calling for his head.

i hope he stays at the club. Sure he makes mistakes (and I will curse him) in attack and with defense. BUT he is a very good ball runner who is hard to tackle with those long arms and legs.

Hopefully it's just a coincidence that he's playing good now that his contract is almost up. After we re-signed him in 2010 he was never the same game-breaking player.
