I will say one thing, the ACT and region is a massive area for potential growth and promotion as well as junior development. And if the NRL don't move in, the AFL will eagerly fill the void.
The raiders problem is the ACT, no one wants to go there + sheet coach sheet culture... going to the raiderss is a death sentence better to take a wage cut and stay in sydney.
Factor in the source guys. Brad Walter is a mouthpiece for lol @ souffs and would take pleasure writing such a column about us ignoring the facts. He gets throat farked by The Gladiator every time he writes something positive about lol @ souffs or negative about us.
Chook.
That is gold and f***ing funny cause it's true!! brad walter can shove that biased piece of bull$hit article right up his $ouff$ loving ar$e, if there is room with ru$ty's c0ck not already up there! Than again come to think of it, ru$ty's little fella wouldn't take up much room, so you should be able to fit a bloody $hitload of article's up there!
The year 2013 marks the beginning of the Roosters next 'decade of excellence', and it will prove to be more successful than the last!
If only Boraclesworstnitemare could watch you and learn.
P.s. thanks Stacey.
jackie's fur scrotum do you want to suck DCkags or backwards c0cks any harder?? You better start getting some vaseline for those lips of yours quite soon as they are going to be chafing rather quickly at your rate!!

Not bad...not bad.
Some questionable reverence and slight intonation of disapproval..but you get credit for thematic consistency in consecutive posts.
When will Canberra realise that the reason no one wants to go to their club, is due to the fact Stuart is their coach. They pay way overs, yet still get brushed. Stuart is not well liked. His coaching record is abysmal. Sacked by the roosters, sharks, Australia and quit a sinking ship in the Eels.

Spot on... Mansour, Tedesco & Proctor all stayed at their current clubs for less money than what Canberra were offering.
And those who remember last year FPN chose to stay with us for less money than Canberra were offering.
Maybe Brad Walter should write an article looking at the real issues Canberra are facing because surely they can't blame that on us too?
I actually shudder to think where Canberra would be as a club without their history of developing great players.
Canberra is like a big country town. It's great for kids raised in the country who want to live in a place with a country town feel. The Raiders are not going to attract players from the city here as we just don't have the attractions here. During the Raiders heyday there was only one QLD team - the Broncos. The raiders team back then was full of QLDers who, had their been another QLD team at the time, may well have played there rather than in Canberra. Players like Daley, Stuart and Clyde were local or country boys and once in a generation players. They stayed at the club for less money as they knew, along with the QLDers, they were a champion team. There was also some interesting salary cap manipulation going on back then. The raiders need another generation of champions like Daley, Clyde and Stuart to build a team around. They won't be able to keep the QLDers like they did during their successful years though and Sydney players will still balk at coming. I fear for the raiders future particularly with the threat of the AFL. AFL is quite popular here in the capital for some awful reason!
As for their constant whingeing about Easts, it's been going on for years. We are an easy target and despite the fact we have been very much a development club for quite some time now, the media and teams like the raiders still cling to our transit lounge days to take pot shots at us. Anyone who has any knowlledge of the NRL at the moment would know that the biggest spenders (and non developers) of late are the Sharks, Penriff, Dogs and Titans.
